"I stayed at the Omni expecting…"
I stayed at the Omni expecting it to feel a bit more premium, but it really didn’t live up to the cost. The room was fine and the service was just okay, but nothing stood out enough to justify the bill. For what we paid, it felt avoidable

"Okay stay, but checkout was slow..."
My stay was fine overall... nothing really bad happened, but checkout took longer than I expected. There was only one person working the front desk and a few people waiting, so I was probably there for about 15-20 minutes. The staff member was nice once it was my turn, it just felt a little unorganized. Not a terrible experience... just not as smooth as I would’ve liked

"Honestly, the bed was the highlight"
I only stayed for one night, but the bed kind of stole the show for me. It was soft, but not in that too-squishy way where you sink in and can’t get comfortable, just really cozy. The pillows were good too, which I always notice because bad pillows can ruin a night so fast. I ended up sleeping really well, like actually waking up rested, so yeah, no complaints from me at all.

Stayed here for one night and had a nice experience. The staff were really friendly from check-in all the way through breakfast, and pretty much everyone I passed said hi. I had a small issue with my room key, but they helped me out without making it a big deal. Just a heads up for anyone staying here: the front desk wait was a little longer than expected, so maybe give yourself a few extra minutes if you’re in a hurry. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

"Adds Up Faster Than I Expected"
I didn’t think the free nights would make that much of a difference, but they add up quick. It’s been a nicer perk than I expected, and it makes using the service feel a lot more worth it.

"Check-in at Omni was way smoother than I…"
Check-in at Omni was way smoother than I expected. I showed up tired from traveling and was already dreading a long line, but it moved fast and the person at the front desk was friendly without dragging things out. My room was ready, the keys worked right away, and they explained everything clearly. Nothing over the top, just an easy, stress-free start. I only regret that I was too worn out to appreciate it more in the moment

"Pretty Slow Service From What I Remember"
From what I remember, we waited a really long time for our food, and the staff hardly came by to check on us. It just felt like we were kind of forgotten about, which made the whole meal a lot less enjoyable.

"Everything Was Right, Thankfully"
I booked online, and when I got there, everything matched up just like it was supposed to. The dates were right, the room type was right, and my name was correct too. That’s what you hope for when booking ahead, right?

"A Quick One-Night Stay"
I only stayed for one night, so I wasn’t expecting a whole lot, but I did hope to get a really good night’s sleep. When I got to the room, it was clean enough and everything looked fine at first glance. After getting settled in, though, I noticed the bed was a little too soft for me, and the pillows were kind of flat. I still managed to sleep okay, but it wasn’t the super comfortable rest I was hoping for, especially considering the price. Not a terrible stay, just not one that really stood out.

"No surprise fees, which was a relief"
I booked through omnihotels and appreciated that the price I saw was the price I actually paid. The taxes and fees were shown clearly before I confirmed, so I wasn’t left wondering what would show up later. My card charge matched the booking email exactly too. I did reach out with a quick question and the support reply was basically, “you’ll only be charged what’s shown at checkout,” which turned out to be true. I’ve had annoying surprises with hotel sites before, but this one felt simple and upfront. I’d use it again for that reason...

"Expected Better Upkeep"
The room was a bit disappointing, actually. There was peeling paint in a few spots and some of the handles felt loose, which made the place feel not very well maintained. I really expected better overall

"Not Great Timing for a Disappointing Stay"
This stay was disappointing, especially because we really needed everything to go smoothly that day. The bathroom had hair on the floor, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh at all. For the price, I definitely expected better. Bad timing to deal with this when we were already tired and just wanted a clean place to relax

"Quiet night overall"
I barely heard anything all night, which was nice. It made it a lot easier to sleep without little noises waking me up. If you’re looking for something to help keep things quieter, I’d say it’s worth considering.

"We stayed at an Omni mainly…"
We stayed at an Omni mainly just to unwind, and honestly... the pool area was probably the highlight. The water was clean, there were plenty of chairs, and it wasn’t too loud when we were there, which I really appreciated. Towels were easy to grab too, so no hassle there. We also tried the spa, and it was good. My massage was solid, and the staff were really friendly. The only thing is... it did feel a little pricey for the amount of time you get. But overall, we left feeling relaxed and happy with the stay.

"Parking was honestly a breeze"
I stayed at the Omni sometime in early spring, or maybe late March, and the parking was way easier than I expected. We pulled in, found a spot quickly, and getting back out later was no big deal either. After a long drive, it was such a relief not having to circle around forever looking for parking.

"Pretty solid bathroom overall"
Stayed here for the weekend and the bathroom was good. It was clean, everything worked like it was supposed to, and that’s basically all anyone really needs from a hotel bathroom. The tub looked a little older, but I feel like every place has something like that. No major complaints at all, and I’d stay here again.
